HAE Toolkit (South Africa)

HAE South Africa and their young organization board member Hana Faulds worked together to create a fantastic and educational toolkit for young HAE patients in South Africa.

HAEi’s team collaborated with Hana and HAE South Africa to turn their Toolkit into a course series for HAEi Advocacy Academy. Creating a course means we can reach more youngsters in our global community with this excellent resource.

We’ve created three (3) courses that look at different stages of life as someone is growing up with HAE. The series looks at School and Parents, Teens 12-16, and Young Adults 16-25. The courses provide information and tips and have a resource section where we’ve provided tools we believe will be helpful when talking about HAE at home, school, or with your friends and partners.
